Stefan A. Schmidt completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration & Economics, specialising in Accounting, Taxes, Finance, at the University of Bielefeld. His enthusiasm for modelling and simulation drove him to Clausthal University of Technology and Tampere University of Technology (now Tampere University), where he obtained his Master of Science in Technical Business Administration. Guest relations at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, Dubai, rounded off his methodological approach.

His Six Sigma expertise combined with his digital competence is aimed at reducing and eliminating errors and weaknesses in customers’ business processes. In this way, he helps to guarantee an increase in process performance, a reduction in manufacturing costs, the avoidance of waste and the prevention of errors.

As a “train the trainer”, he supports the transfer of knowledge across departmental boundaries and takes responsibility for the success of our customers as a project manager.
