Under the motto “The Future Comes from Confidence”, numerous prominent representatives of the German middle class gathered in Berlin on 10 and 11 September for the MY WAY event presented by Media Pioneer Publishing AG. The prestigious event offered top decision-makers and trend-setters ample opportunities for exchange, inspiration and information on current topics from business, politics, science and society.
Alongside renowned personalities such as German Finance Minister Christian Lindner, former Formula 1 world champion Nico Rosberg, politician Dr. Sahra Wagenknecht, entertainers Dieter Nuhr and Vanessa Mai and numerous CEOs from companies such as Motel One, Sennheiser, Sixt, O2 Telefonica, Trigema and Kienbaum, the CEO of ProGemma GmbH Martin F. Schmidt provided valuable insights into the success strategies of medium enterprises and presented practical examples of entrepreneurial transformation.
As part of a panel discussion on the topic of ‘Growth instead of crisis – success strategies for medium-sized companies’, Martin F. Schmidt presents the latest success story of his management consultancy: the 180-degree turnaround of the company Witte Barskamp. With its holistic and implementation-focused consulting approach, the patented 360° Empowerment Method, Progemma, together with the client, managed to transform the company in record time and make it future-proof. This was only possible because all those involved – employees, works councils, managers and shareholders – were involved and highly committed.

The MY WAY Strategy Summit took place in one of Berlin’s most impressive locations – the 100-year-old Westhafen harbour, a site with a unique industrial flair and a jetty right on the doorstep. This inspiring environment provided the ideal setting for creative ideas and constructive discussions.
The panel discussion took place on board the Pioneer One, the world’s first media ship. It is equipped with an electric motor, recording studios and a newsroom and went into operation in May 2020. With a length of 40 metres, it offers space for around 200 exclusive guests.
