After completing his training and graduating as a mechanical engineering technician, Jürgen Kurz began his career at a market-leading manufacturer of hydraulic components. His intrinsic motivation and affinity for IT and digital solutions allowed him to continuously align business requirements with IT solutions successfully. Over time, he took on more responsibility within the company, holding various positions along the supply chain, from department head to plant manager, and eventually becoming the global COO.

He further expanded his expertise in the role of Technical Managing Director at an automotive company and a hydraulic systems manufacturer (OEM).

By implementing different methods worldwide in the area of Operational Excellence, he significantly improved the efficiency of operations and logistics processes, aligning national and international locations with a clear strategic direction.

Through close collaboration on both strategic and operational levels, he has motivated, developed, and inspired global, multicultural organizations and teams throughout his career, using his empathetic approach to lead change.
